After a series of acquisitions and mergers, the ICT department needed a global operating model and a step change in how it delivered services to the business.
What we did
We developed portfolio management capability for the ICT department, integrated it with the business, and used Microsoft Project Server and other cloud services to deliver business information and decision support.
We continued with programme delivery for the rollout of the new operating model and ERP systems.
