Moving a university to the cloud
Nearly 150 applications moved to Microsoft Azure, and a DevOps operating model to run them.
Before
The university ran nearly 150 applications on its own infrastructure and wanted to move its estate to Microsoft Azure.
What we did
We directed the design, build and migration programme using Agile and Scrum, leading a team of Azure architects, designers and engineers who worked closely with the university's own staff.
What is stronger now
The university's application suite was transformed in Azure, and we helped develop a new operating model built around DevOps for running it.
